Apparently, these will drop for you if you're a Shaman or Hunter out of this level Satchel of Helpful Goods even if you're not able to wear them just yet. Started getting them at level 35, but can't wear Mail until 40...

haha, .. of the bandit is a +3stam boost of ... of the wild.

The of the sorcerer version may be best in slot for a level 39 holy paladin, though I'm not sure if haste or crit is better. The heirloom mystical pauldrons have a little more stam, but ultimately it swings between if crit or haste is better in my opinion.

I started getting this at lvl 34 even though I can't use them. I've gotten them three times in a row which has become annoying instead of getting something I could actually use out of those satchels.
