Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

There are 20 of them in all,
but you only see combos appropriate for the gear it's applied to.

Received these last night after our Al'Akir 25 man kill.

2998 armor.
Red Socket
Blue Socket
Socket bonus 20 Strength
511 Stamina
301 Strength
208 Critical Strike
208 Haste

The fight itself was fun took some learning. But the reward was fantastic. I personally prefer these over the Terrastra's Legguards.
