Overwatch 2: Invasion - New Story Missions, Co-Op Mode, Support Hero

Overwatch has released a trailer for the Invasion update, the biggest content drop for Overwatch 2 yet. The update is centered around the invasion of Null Sector, lead by Ramattra.

The new PvE story missions will center around the invasion of Null Sector.

Flashpoint is a brand new core PvP game mode. No details were shared, however flashpoint is a mode in other games, centered around securing a rotating objective.

New maps will be released for Flashpoint, and the trailer shows a Junkertown-style map.

New Hero Mastery missions are unique challenges designed to hone your skills and challenge you for each hero.

A brand new co-op event is also coming, and the trailer shows the Push game-mode robot with two heavy duty guns instead of hands.

An all new Firing Range is coming, with target practice.

The new support hero is teased at the end of the trailer.

We are getting to play the scraps left behind by the hardwork done by the PVE devs and the marketing team is trying to sell it as if it's the same as what was originally promised. Sure, S5 looks great and I thought "Hero Mastery" was scrapped cause it should give you the Talent-Points cO But i guess, this will be the season with worst sellery... at least i hope so... but on the other hands there are enought dumb idiots with no courage and with no knowledge how valuable money is, so they will pay for Battle pass, Skins and more while on the other hand complaining on reddit how bad OW2 got and how they hate PvE-Mode got scrapped -.-

I wish people nowadays would have more courage and faith... but this is the time we live in...

Shame that season 5 is a bit light on content but the game is far from dead as some people like to parrot these days and season 6 and onwards will be bangers.
