There is the little mentioned bit of evidence that has not as YET been acted upon about his membership as a frequent flyer on pervert air. They are STILL busy dealing with Weinstein as the grand host of the debauchery.Unless the prosecutors get cold feet or a higher up decides to conclude everything with just him due to financial incentives, Bobby is going to be joining Weinstein in wearing Orange for a decade or so.
i do not say that boby is good or bad i would like to see a court happens. then we deside after the end of the court.
Well, do I want some rich CEO to get a slap on the wrist or to be possibly removed from the office because he caters more to shareholders than players? Surely I do. Very much.Even considering Blizzard wants to make money, it focuses too much on profits to the detriment of the fun of the game. But will things change at Blizzard after Bobby gets the boot? If it is possible at all. Will the in-game store go away and be replaced with ways of getting those pets and mounts by playing, not paying? Will developers be properly paid? I remember over 800 Blizzard customer support staff were fired several years ago and Blizzard immediately started looking for people to fill the holes but at lower salaries. Will Blizzard stop implementing new grinds again and again? And this mantra... "This or that cannot be fixed right now because the developers are working on the next expansion!" I am sick and tired of it.And fun police... Hotfixing things after players find a fun way to play the game is such a deplorable practice.
I wonder who is feuding with Bobby.
more meaningless grandstanding by people who have absolutely 0 power.boring.

Can the tag of the article be changed to "Blizzard" from "Live"? It has nothing to do with live WoW patch, I want the filters for news I have to work properly. Thank you.Jump at me all you want for being mute, ignorant (which's not true, since I spent my time writing this stuff) etc. It's normal for a human to not be concerned about Bobby Kotick's dirty underwear or Coca-Cola (which has no relation to WoW at all? Still assuming the "live" tag here, reference to "Blizzard" tag is obvious ofc). We all do bad things in life, some are in prison for them, some are uncaught, some are not as major as Bobby Kotick's fault, but we all do. I understand the desire to remove him from all the heavy business stuff, but being persistent to people who came here exclusively for WoW news ("live" tag) is redundant. It's just simply annoying to those uninterested, and you CANNOT force anyone to be interested. And before anyone says "But there were people harmed by the actions of abusers. How can you be so ignorant about it?". Every day, someone around the globe, almost every hour suffers from the hand of the abuser. I'll never believe a person who says to me "I care for everyone who suffers" - no you don't, you don't even know the people who suffer and where they are. In a matter of fact nobody cared for me when I needed it outside of my friend circle and family, and I'm not mad at the world about it, because it's normal. So please, save your time that you're going to spend blaming me for what I said (you - potential internet justice warrior, no insult meant), it's just what life taught me by the harsh lesson. You cannot care for everyone, neither you have time and power. Being sorry and being persistent are 2 different things.P.S. I'm also sorry if my opinion offended someone, I know it sounds too harsh and "no-fks-given" and I really didn't mean it. It's just the way I express myself.
Kotick went on Epstien's plane to his private island. Makes you think when THIS is the concern of everyone and not the implications of Kotick on the Lolita Express.
Am I the only one concerned that people will simply believe that Blizzard is saved and good once Booby gets fired or prosecuted (if found guilty...or whatever). It seems like he's being the scapegoat for Blizz to better there public image. Wasn't the main issue that Blizzard Devs were facilitating and engaging in Fart-like culture as well as sexual misconduct. You guys realize that its Blizzard studios not Activision as a whole that is being sued. Just because Bobby is gone doesn't mean the problem is fixed. Especially when Bobby is not involved in game development. The Devs are responsible for current gameplay/content issues not Bobby. Is Bobby bad.....sure.Is Bobby why the game is bad.........well I don't believe so, not really. That would be Ion and the devs fault.
I totally agree with and that's exactly what I'm saying. I'm saying that Blizz is using Bobby as a scapegoat and creating this narrative that "all the bad in Blizz is his fault therefore once he's gone Blizz is safe, Blizz goes back to being good" when the lawsuit was directly stating that it was specifically Blizz studios not the whole Activison and more importantly it was Blizz Devs. Just because Bobby is gone doesn't mean all of a sudden WoW quality gonna improve. I highly doubt Bobby cares about WoW or even knows what that is. I think as you stated Cancerous design is the main issue which is what Ion have creating (and continues to create) and Ybarra reinforces it because "he's just doing what all elite meta guilds do to survive and make gold" as if he's not the Director and can easily point out that people buying boosts rather then doing the content with friends/guildies is not an obvious issue. He literally has the power to fix the boosting problem, but chooses not. If huge amount of your players rather buy boosts then do content maybe you should rethink the guild and raid system. So i do agree with you the main issue in regards to the quality of WoW is Ion and the Dev team not Bobby.
