Dralas stood in anger and listened while trying to keep his temper. Then the person had pointed a large hammer at him which glowed brightly and then he dropped causing a loud thud on the table.
Dralas held tightly onto his blade that was sheathed on his side while the hammer had been dropped, but let go once he felt there was no more danger.
"Hmph, you think its just that simple don't you? You think that my people can just let go of the past after what has happened to us? You truely need to think a little farther ahead when you speak of revenge" Dralas said.

(( First time rp'er, had a character ive been thinking about for a while all set up so please be patient ))
Character: Doomwhisper
Location: Violet Citadel
General: Draenei Death Knight, ex-Paladin of an Exodar Triumvirate sent to assit Argent Dawn assault on Stratholme.
-Clears her throat and stands up.
"I understand we of the Draenei race are late comer's to the Azeroth conflicts, and while we faced the true fel horde on draenor, we do not place blame on all Orcs. We know better then most how, in the eyes of the public, all of the same race seem to be the enemy.
I understand if many among you are skepticle about my willingness to try to stop conflict, but before my.....conversion, I was a Paladin of the Hand and a leader of a Triumvirate.
King Varian is a great man, none disrepect that, but due to conflict and circumstances, has come to see all Orc's as the same. Unfortently, the Battle at the Undercity seems to have forced his anger and hatred to the forefront and remove the good he has done.
The Same can be said for Warchief Thrall, he believes, even seeing the evidence in front of him, that if given a choice all humans can be like the lass Taretha Foxton, and Im gladden by that.
If we continue as we are, I fear that the Lich King and Legion will one day consume us all, so embroiling our people in yet another senseless war will only weaken us to the point of destruction."
- Looks around the room with her pale blue eyes and sits back down.

((By the way, correct me OOC if I get any facts wrong.))
"Thank you, good Draenei. I thank you with all my heart that you have forgiven our terrible actions. Some orcs still believe that you were our enemies, but some can see that what we did was despicable and dishonourable. You're forgiveness shows me that perhaps we may one day be at peace, even if it may be only for my children.
"And Sir Dralas, our Warchief knew nothing of the arenas, they were hosted by goblins, not the Horde. My leader was forced to fight in arenas just as yours was. And while many of your prisoners deserved their punishment, my generation, mere children at the time, did not. Certainly you didn't mean this as a long term solution?
"And I have a great deal of respect for the people of Theramore. I have fought alongside them, and they are strong and honorable people. After the Battle of Hyjal Mountain, we harboured no hostility to them, until the Lady Proudmore's father attacked us, even after Miss Proudmoore tried to explain the situation. Even then, Jaina and her people were spared."

Rhaja looks at Dralas with a sneer hidden behind his large tusks, "Oh please, human. Admiral Theramore attacked Durotar in an attempt ta kill da orcs and trolls when dey were weak and unprepared. Had it not been for Rexxar and Jaina, we surely would have been wiped out. An' den were would you be? Probably dead from da demons from Outland, or fightin' a losing war wit da Scourge."
"I don' wan' to hear anyone say anyting about da old Horde. I've been learnin' ma history. I can probably point out someting your race did to cause a major incident on Azeroth at one point an' time." He said, pointing at everyone around the room, "Evil and bad tings be happenin' under da wrong leaders... You shoulda be learnin' to mature, and realize dat dey be past issues dat have no merit in dis room."

"Ya mon, da naga are da result of yer tamperin' of da Well of Eternity. Da naga are cursed an' transformed night elves because of yer old queen. You night elves only wanted ter keep da demons away once you saw what yer people did... tamperin' wit da arcane magics!"
"Don' say dat da Darkspear do noting when we see da old rituals bein' performed. You said it yerself, you saw dem get exiled for it, what more do you want from us? How about you do someting to make up for da satyr and naga activity, mon. Since dey were once one of you. Yer kind does noting but hide in dere forests and act higher and mightier dan da rest of us."
"And yer damn right dat da orcs hail Grom. He freed dem from any future enslavement dat da pit lord would have tried. I'm sure you would praise one of yer past leaders if dey did someting like dat. Yes, Grom did make a mistake in Ashenvale. But he gave his life ter make up for it, mon."

Nakresh steadily listened to the Elf, and soon made his reply.
"I do not approve of many of the actions by the Forsaken, but it is not my business to police them. I hope the my Warchief will hold them on a shorter leash after what happened after the Wrathgate, but I have have known a few good-hearted Forsaken, and many of them merely wish to survive. We Orcs can sympathize with being controlled by malevolent forces and then breaking free only to be hated and attacked on all sides.
"And the Broken Front was a dark day for the Horde. Truly my heart fell when I heard about it. Orcs like Garrosh, Korm, Agmar, and Krenna bring shame to the Horde."
((Also, I love the Troll roleplay, Rule, keep it up... xD))

Nyito sighed heavily, drumming her fingers along the table, her gaze lazily following each person's arguments and counterarguments. She let her gaze fall on Rhaja, before nodding to herself and standing up, declaring the floor.
"We can hash over old grievances for hours. All of us. There is much hatred here, none could refute. But this is not why we're here! Let us not forget we are here to preserve the future peace, and to see that all of us, ALL, of us, emerge from this conflict intact. So again I ask you Nakresh, Rhaja, representatives of the horde, what assurances do we have another 'rogue faction' won't deal us some grave blow as Icecrown falls? Noble hopes do little to quiet my concience when someone like Putress can gain so much control over a supposed loyal member of your Horde."

Doomwhisper listened to all of these and stood up.
"The Forsaken are an acceptable evil it is true, but they should not be given any leway towards our battles, after all, these are the same creatures who believe that all living creatures are their enemies. Though we Draenei are familiar with corruption, after all Kil'jaeden and Archimonde are our greatest sorrows. Still until the Horde is willing to do what is needed and remove warmonger's like those you have named Nakresh from any type of command decision the wars will continue."

"Dere you are, mon. As da Draenei said, they are familiar with corrupion. One of them even tried to drain da world tree." He glares at the all the Alliance members, "Yet, you freely accept dem. You treat it as if it was some other people who did it. You cannot let go of the orc's corruption, but you can pretend da Eredar, which da Draenei once were, are some complete other race. Dat is hypocrisy if you be askin' me!"

Nakresh returned his gaze to the old elf that spoke.
"You bring a good point. Some of the Horde seems to be returning to it's old ways, especially those in Northrend. The leaders in Northrend that embrace this, however, were appointed by Garrosh, and as the leader of the Warsong clan, he has a right to lead his people and appoint their leaders. But many of us have embraced the ideals of our Warchief and desire peace with the Alliance. You cannot force this change, and some will only learn through experience and time.
"The Human's new king seems to be unable to see this, however, and desires to annihilate us all. I WILL NOT let that happen. I would give my life for my brothers and my children, and the hatred kept alive by those like him threatens the lives of all of us."

Doomwhisper's stares unblinkly at both Zoft and Nakresh.
"Then perhaps the best idea would be to send the Warsong clanners back through the portal and let them assist with fortifying for Draenor against the left over Legionaires and their ilk. That way they still have a purpose but they are not here inciting battles and incidents against the Allied forces.
"Though in the same vein, it might be good to have Varian withdraw and work on cleaning up some of the problems that still exist on Eastern kingdoms."
Turns to the Blood Elves and Forsaken in the room, "And no, I dont mean pick up the battles between your peoples and the allied forces. I meant fixing the Defias infestion in Westfall and dealing with the cursed problems of Duskwood and Lakeshire."

Nakresh nodded in agreement with the Draenei.
"I do not know why the Warchief keeps Garrosh on the front lines, but I trust his judgement. A shaman such as he is far wiser than I."
"Indeed, the Legion works by sowing hatred and distrust in those they cannot conquer directly. We have been acting just as they want, fighting each other like children. Even when we manage to work together, the old hatreds bubble up and ruin it all. We must overcome our hate." Nakresh added, turning to the elf.

Doomwhisper chuckles.
"Zoft my friend, if you think the Legion has given up on Azeroth, then perhaps you should be placed into pasture. The Legion has wanted this world for generations, they set up the entire first war for the whole purpose of weakening your defenses and they nearly suceed during 3rd war. They are the true enemies of our races, all the races. The Dreadlords are the worst of their commanders, with the corrupted members of my race coming in close second." Pauses, considering, "Though some of what ive heard about these Old Gods worries me immensely."

Doomwhisper's shakes her head.
"As long the Highlord rules the Ebon Blade, there is little worry of the Lich King gaining control of us again. Though there are other worries for us Death Knights, but that is not the concern of the either the Allies or the Horde."
"But the Legion still will prove the greatest threat to our realm."

"Indeed, Velen is very wise. My people attacked your people before I was born, and so I never had the honor of meeting him in person, but I have heard stories of him, and he is certainly a wise and powerful shaman. It is a shame that our leaders cannot or will not learn from him and those who share his wisdom."
((Yes, I know Velen isn't a shaman, but would your average Orc warrrior know this? :P He is wise and spiritual, so an Orc would very likely believe him to be a shaman.))
