"It is too late then, it is already in human hands, being used against us at Wingergrasp Lake." Nakresh responded to the Forsaken Priest.

"I agree with Mortec, the Blight should be eradicated, it would be too easy to be used against us. The Blight is like the orginal Scourge Plague, a weapon more likely to hit allies as it does enemies. We would be better put finding a different way to destroy the Lich and his forces." Doomwhisper said.

"What do you propose then, that would be as effective as the blight?" Nakresh asked, a caustic tone in his voice.

Nakresh, nodded.
"I agree, but what then can we be sure will defeat him? Using demons is far worse than the Blight, and I cannot believe that this priest has even suggested it. Have we not learned from the past? Demons cause nothing but problems for all. At least the Blight is simply a tool, albeit an extremely powerful one. Demons are out of the question."

"Yes lets us call on the Deciever to assist us, after all we all know how much he loves the Draenei race. Of course, seeing as the Deciever created the Lich King himself, I doubt he would assist us, more then likely he would enjoy watching us flounder and kill each off." Doomwhisper's sarcastic voice cut through the room.

"The Deceiver sent the Betrayer after Arthas, because he feared that if the Traitor prince reached the Lich King, what has happened would occur......"
Doomwhisper trails off considering something that has sent a chill down her spine. "What if he did so because he was afraid of the Lich Kings power, it wouldnt be the first time the Legion has made a mistake and inadvertenly created an even greater threat."
"From what Ive read of the history book's, Illdian was given the Fel sight by Sargaras in an attempt to increase his power and loyality to the Legion. Instead he used the "gift" to find the weakness in spell on the Well and with the help of his brother, reverse it, sealing Sargaras from this world for millenium."
She chuckles humourlessly. "Wouldnt that be amusing, we face a creature powerful enough that one of the three greatest of my old race actually fears. Oh this is just a great day for revelations."

Nakresh stood, quite obviously angered at the Forsaken's words.
"You cannot control the Burning Legion. All those who try inevitable end up serving them. Look at Kael'thas. He attempted to summon the Deceiver and it nearly destroyed our world, while claiming Kael'thas' sanity. You cannot control a being of his power. Simply attempting to could spell the end of our world. Demons are the source of our problems, not the solution! Nothing but destruction and suffering comes from the Legion! I would give my life a thousand times over before allowing the Deceiver to claim my people again!"

Doomwhisper chuckles about that.
"Good to know Nakresh, you draw that line at some point. Was worried, seeing as the way you were pushing for use of the Blight."

"We Death Knights are living proof of that. If he hadnt overreached and attempted to snuff the light of Light's Hope, we Death Knight's would still be his servant, and dozens of Ebon Holds would be all over Azeroth, with thousands of Scourge controlled versions of my kind laying waste to everything living."
Doomwhisper bow's her head, knowing how close she had come to being like her own slayer, Baron Rivendare of Stratholme.
