I really do love the class man, and for a heroic its just whats needed, a mage with the variety to fill any role. I was hoping for the Bard, but this might just overtake it in my viewpoint.

Interestingly done. With proper SP scaling the damage spells should be on par with those of the other classes. I haven't looked at the numbers, but I assume your tooltip damage choices are based on actual spells. If so, it should work just as well.
Might replace leather with cloth. I feel like cloth would be more appropriate for a 100% caster kind of class.
Overall I like both the quality and the quantity of spells and talents. Your naming could use a bit of work (I am getting more "space" names than "time" ones), and naming Nozdormu as the one who trained these guys might be a little iffy... especially considering that he is under suspicion to be the creator of the Infinites.
It wouldn't require a lot for me to give it 10/10.

Again, thanks for all the support. This thread lasted way longer than I had expected it too. I fully had expected it to fall to the way-side a week after I posted it, haha. If only Blizzard eyes would reach this, it would be neat to at least get an idea like this in their head, but not neccessarily this idea specifically.
Yes, its supposed to be cloth and leather armor, not just leather. That would be silly.
ArgentSun, the numbers I posted are for the tooltips at the max rank for level 80. Of course they would scale with spell power and such. I made the spells have a "space" theme to them as well because in modern science, space and time go hand-in-hand. Therefore, it made sense to me to include a vast amount of space-like abilities to go along with the time-shifting ones.
Nozdormu is possibly the creater and leader of the Infinite dragonflight. With him appologizing (I forgot to whom, I think Chromie), about what he has done in the future I suspect he has a mass amount of regret for it. It is currently unknown when the Timeless One started to create and train the Chronomancers, but he probably did it to repent for his acts against his own flight.

Lmao. I was most impressed by the correlation between the spell names and modern physics/astronomy terms. Well played my friend.

...what level would this class start out at 1? or something like a dk?
Probably something like a Death Knight. None of us really enjoy the 58 level trot through Azeroth. It would probably start out at 55, much like the Death Knight.
The starting story would be something like this:
It'll show scenes of battle and strife, along with Infinite Dragonflight agents wreaking havok. Nozdormu's voice would be telling you that you are his new weapon against the Infinite.
"Young mortal, I am Nozdormu, the Timeless One. What you see now are visions of the past, present and future. One thousand years from now, a mysterious dark force causes me to create this abomination and destroy what I have kept safe for many millenia. You are my new weapon against the Infinite Dragonflight. Your tale begins in the Caverns of Time, the Bronze Dragonflight's Sanctuary, where time is neither flowing nor ceased. I charge you with assisting the other mortals upon this planet to defend the time streams and save everyone."
Something like that. The beginning story would take place inside the Caverns of Time 200 years from present-day Azeroth. Your quest chain would involve going through various portals to complete tasks against the Infinite Dragonflight. Once your mentor sees you fit, you will be given a portal to the our present in your faction's main city (Orgrimmar or Stormwind). You will not be able to return to your original time. To train abilities, speak with the new Bronze emissaries within each of your major cities or inside the Caverns of Time.

I actually enjoy the level grind from 1-58, going to be sad when my last Alliance alt gets out of Vanilla. But yeah interesting idea on the starting zone.

God this is awesome. READ THIS BLIZZARD, lots of people would make one of these in a heartbeat.
I was reading the kinetic stuff cuz i'm more of a dps guy, and although it would have to be toned down a bit to not be super OP, this is still really freakin awesome. I would level my mage cuz i think they're cool but the relatively long cast times just turn me off. Might have to work on my 51 boomkin lol this inspired me.

I'll start with the bad things (don't worry jsut 2 :P)
Black hole may reduce movement speed but if the enemy is walking towards it, it should actually
increase
movement speed.
Btw what happens when an enemy is in the middle of it?
secondly, you have alot of: "if the target is slowed it is slowed further in the Linear tree, I would love some other ideas there.
Now to the good stuff -
You made a tree for it on war tools... woah that's awesome! Good job!
I love your abilities, they are very interesting and unique, and the naming is great.
I dunno about the lore, but it sounds nice.

/cast Revive on this forum :D
Blizz should deff implement this idea. IMO Linear looks like the best choice to me. Somehow not having everyone just glance at Recount to decide who isn't doing anything just seems cool. Having a large impact on overall dps, healing (Deja Vu on a tank? FTW) and the raid in general is just awesome!
Of course I know this will lead to a ton of baddies who claim to be doing something and are in fact just sitting there. But glancing at the combat log and noticing that you haven't received "Fury of Nozdormu" in quite a while will lead to an efficient raid-kick.
I think it will just be a raid utility that takes skill, knowing exactly what buffs and debuffs to throw out on what class will weed out the baddies and give you something to do and contribute (rather than JUST another dps)
And the Talent in the Kinetic titled "1.21 Gigawatts"(?) made my day lol.
