Lightning Shield, once you have Static Shock is a good dps boost in instances, but yes, by then, you'll have Imp SS and SR to keep your mana up. WS is fine while soloing.
In instances, as enhancement, your earth totem will nearly always be Strength of Earth. Assuming you have Enhancing Totems talent, that beats out a Death Knight's Horn of Winter for more STR/AGI.
If there's another enhancement shaman, then determine who does SoE, so the other can do Stoneskin. If the fight is known to involve fear, charm, or sleep, the Tremor Totem becomes #1 over all other earth totems. Multiple shamans should all drop them since they'll be on different pulse timers.
Your water totem could go either healing or mana. Just note that Mana Spring doesn't stack with Blessing of Wisdom, so either do a BoW + Healing Stream, or do Mana Spring + Blessing of Kings if you have a pally around. Cleansing Totem when people get poisoned is usually quicker and easier than cleansing them yourself with a spell, you can re-drop the other afterwards.
Fire will depend on circumstances. Against single targets, you'll probably use Flametongue to help out your own spell damage + caster/healer spell damage. If you're fighting trash packs, you'll probably drop Magma totem.
Air will be Windfury Totem for enhancement shamans. If that's already down (or there's a Frost Death Knight with Imp Icy Talons talent), you can help out casters with Wrath of Air, grounding (against casters who cast single bolts like Mal'Ganis), or Nature Resist if you know there will be nature/poison damage coming.
