No,
www.worldofwarcraft.com
is a terrible place for finding guild rankings.
Try
www.guildox.com
. It works based off of achievements so it should have accurate timestamps on when guilds cleared content.

whoo wait a minute u want to only join a guild because of the names of there ranks? that is soo wrong on so many diffrent points.. Guilds are often judged (i.e. "ranked") based on what raid bosses they've killed. A high ranking guild would be a guild that has downed all of ulduar and done a few, if not most or all of the hard modes of those bosses. A low ranking guild would be one that is perpetually "gearing up for raids" by running heroic nexus to buy a couple T7 pieces and still wiping on Anub'rekhan.
Also your spelling indicates that you are part of the latter of these two groupings, if in a guild at all.

When I was a noob, I spake as a noob, I understood as a noob, I thought as a noob: but when I became pr0, I put away noobish things.
Your Sig is Terrible.
Terrible, yes. But in a good way.
Edit: Nvm about the youtube link, Barack Obama no longer sings "Never gonna give you up"
