Need addon that can provide list of ppl that have killed me or attack me in world pvp so next time i meat them I wont have to think ..hym should i gank him... will be great if i can add comments too :D

VanasKoS is great for that.
Also has a Kill on Sight function, which will give you a huge flashy warning when a player you have set to be KoS is near you.
