i've had a look at your talents and it seems you've chosen to go with SoC, every pally in my guild says its useless and that Martyr/Blood is way better in terms of dps.
I know this is all changing in the next patch with these spells being juggled around and removed but for now id say using Martyr/Blood would be a much better choice in terms of dps and the damage it does to you can easily be compensated with by you're Divine Storm or JoL or even an ocassional heal.

Use a modifier with the numbers also, I have my key bindings set as;
1. Exo
2. CS
3. Judge
4. DS
5. HoW
Alt-1. Cons
Alt-2. Holy Wrath
etc...
Paladin doesn't have that many abilities so hotkeying them all isn't a problem.
