I'm sure there are groups running regular dungeons, you're just not finding them. Being in a helpful guild is really beneficial at this point in the game. What server you on and are you playing Horde or Alliance?

Start looking for a guild, if you can find a good one, running with a guild is probably the single most enjoyable part of the game.

im horde on laughing skull, in a guild with friends, we have 7 80s i think most of them are mains\alts and some are inactive it seems :\ I would leave it and get into a raiding guild but that just feels wrong to me
While I appreciate your situation (I've been in a similar one myself for ~2years) -- If you don't "cut the cord" you'll be in the same exact situation you are right now forever. If thats ok with you, I suggest farming achievements... You can do it solo and its decently fun. But if you don't branch away from the guild you're in, you're not going to see any serious raids. PuG's don't full-clear usually, and even when they do, without a loot system of some kind you'll never gear up at the rate you would in an actual guild.
If you want to raid--make an alt, put it in your 'friends guild' and find a guild to raid with on your main. Even if you never play the alt, at least politically it will seem as though you're maintaining a link. (I'm speaking from personal experience, if you stay in a dead-end guild , you won't see end game content... I'm content to farm achievements/pugs solo, but most people aren't.)
EDIT:
dont facepalm me drooood im new
/agree -- no need to be rude.

Learn to properly express yourself. Being able to write in at least decent English helps a lot. Even if it is not your primary language you should at least try to not look like a child. Things like "dont facepalm me drooood im new" are not helping with that.
Groups are much more likely to pick you up for a HC if you show some maturity, knowledge of your class and the game and proper grammar. Read all the sticky topics in here, maybe read some at the other class forums. Knowing things like the meaning of "BoP" are kind of necessary if you want any lvl80 to take you seriously. Facepalming on that has nothing to do with being rude, it is simply the appropriate reaction: You obviously didn't try to get a deeper grasp of the game yet. This is also evident in your talent tree. While fine for leveling you should seriously consider re-speccing for HCs. It's all in the stickies.
An example: Just recently a Warrior asked me to cut some gems for him. We had a nice conversation and it turned out that he just dinged 80 and that he was looking to improve his gear a bit. He wrote without annoying and childing chat habits (like "oow drood 4w3some gemz!11"), was generally nice, knew the mechanics of his class and was well talented. I got interested and took a closer look at his gear. He was mostly in green with a few blue quest rewards - but it doesn't matter, I will surely invite him on my next hc run.
It's actually a lot like in real life: The way you present yourself does matter. A lot.

With the recent changes to levels 1-68, it would be more than feasible for someone to level a fresh toon on a fresh account from 1 to 80 without ever even talking to another person. While I am also surprised that he'd never seen the term before, there's no constructive purpose to the /facepalm, and regardless of how justified it may or may not be, that doesn't change the fact that its rude -- All it will accomplish is to make him gunshy about asking questions in the future.
My wife plays this game, she's no pro-gamer, she plays because its fun. She actually avoids forums like these because she doesn't want self-righteous jerks making her feel like crap for asking a question that she "should have already known." Remember when you made this topic:
How to level cooking in Northrend?
The first reply is basically saying "Cook Yellow Stuff" -- none too helpful, you probably already knew that -- if you didn't that probably warrants a /facepalm as well.
Nobody starts off knowing everything, and the only way to learn is to ask someone or something. This guy deserves credit for even finding these forums, he's already leaps and bounds ahead of the vast majority of underskilled newbies in that he's at least looking at forums and asking for advice. Anyways, /facepalm isn't all that rude, and I'm making a mountain out of a molehill... but the druid community could use more skilled people, and even the slightest bit of rudeness to someone who is just starting their journey to that end is unnecessary.

Other than that I will read some of you guys' linked amory specs and copy them.
Disclaimer: Don't use my specs, I'm a total noob. =) Just read the first 5 posts of the
Druid FAQ
and you'll be fine, parrazell is a pro and has put a lot of time into that guide.

Starting resto might not be the best idea. As resto you will find groups easily but you will also most probably make quite a few mistakes at first, resulting in wipes and angry groups.
Starting as dps is much safer, you will most probably not wipe the group then (but it is harder to get into one).
As for spec and glyphs for resto: It's all in the stickies. The specially marked topics at the top of the Druid board. You get all information you need there.
