Glyph of LS is a lot more useful when leveling and grinding, so keep it. Glyph of feral spirit is a must have. I would never go without it since the dps and healing is buffed by a lot. I suggest you do pick elemental focus since you will have mana problems without it while leveling. Healing wave is expensive you know. Don't pick any totem enhancing talents for leveling because you'll be on the move constantly. Pick up a few pvp talents instead if you're on a pvp server. And static shock is ALWAYS useful, not only in raids where you don't get hit as much. It adds more dps than any other talent per point.
This is what i used while leveling. A mix of pvp and pve. Mobility and low mana costs = fast leveling.

At 80 you could spec cookie cutter raid spec.

For Elemental follow this build.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#hVIVqcdhtGfzAo0xxco:MpkmcV
... Several flaws here, as I'm assuming it's for PvE (PvP is even more far off):
Reverberation is crap for elemental, and not having points in Elemental Precision is ... well, unheard of - as is not having the Thunderstorm Minor Glyph.
I'm using the following:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#hVI0qcdItGfzAo0xgco:bpkcoM
Basically, you can take the 3 points in Elemental Warding and/or the 2 points in Improved Ghost Wolf (or Guardian Totems, if you want to buff the tanks armor with Stoneskin Totem) and put them into Convection if you lack mana - which will probably never happen.

Elemental build is pve and a 3 second cooldown on frost and flame shocks is a bonus in dps in its self and Elemental precision isn't a requirement like most people say it is it really isn't.
When I'm saying PvE, I'm saying raiding obviously, and in such setting, you would never need to use your Flame Shock more often than every 18th second. Spending 5 talent-points on getting an affect that's useless is obviously a waste. If you can't see the benefit of getting 3% hit and 30% less threat caused in a raid setting, you really must be clueless.
Thunderstorm minor glyth is the one thing I would never have on my build here as thunderstorm keeps people and creatures away from you and taking it away for 2% more base mana then your crazy to think it actually helps.
Again, in a raid setting, monsters should not be close to you. In the case they are, you're either dead within a second, or they are not hitting you. Also, the tanks will want to kill you. Thus, when the spell has no knockback, it's suddenly an AWESOME damage-ability. Not only that, but you can safely use it anywhere, as long as you're in distance of CC'ed mobs. Gaining extra mana is always good, you never know when it's useful.
Your thinking in terms of gaining mana back and reducing threat but i'm thinking of terms of actual survival.
Not really, I'm thinking raiding - and choosing the most optimal for that. Survival is "irrelevant" there, which was the reason why I tossed points into Elemental Warding instead of Convection, to cover for the occasional raid-wide damage that many encounters have. You're a DPS, not a tank.

You could've just said "This wasn't a raiding build", instead of going haywire and - after flaming me for saying that I seemingly know better than you - state that you are superior to me. Nice one. :P
A nice addition to the above is the fact that experience gives you knowledge, which is very much true. But, that doesn't always mean that every second one has played a <Insert class here> longer than another person, makes him just as much smarter or more knowing. If you want to have a look at my "experience", look at my characters (don't mind the bugged imports). My paladin was my main before I swapped to shaman when BC started.
Anyway... naturally, there's a build for every neat bit of things a shaman do, but I can assure you that the people here on these forums asking for specs are either PvP or PvE (RAIDING!) specs. And that I know since I've been around here for quite a bit of time. A new poster asks for a PvE Shaman spec - and I give that. The reason I poked at your suggestions was simply because of the above - most specs here are intended for raiding.

For Enhancment follow this build.

For Elemental follow this build.

For Restoration follow this build.

Overall these are my opinions but I do more dps and healing with these builds then the avarage shaman.
Bad choice of talents both for elemental and enhancement. You do more dps with this than an average shaman, and yet you have other specs when you want to raid dps? Glyph of lava lash over glyph of storm strike? I don't think you've played an enhance shaman for very very long. Don't give new shamans such poor advice.
edit: Sorry for the bump btw.

I was browsing over some of the player armouries of Ensidia and came across an Ulduar 10-25 man geared Enh Shaman... and he had 540 int. The difference in int between 2 points in AK and 5 points is around 32 int. So per point you get around 10ap and 3-4SP. Really quite low.
For a basic Enhance raid build i'd take:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#hVhhVZhbxIoxdIhusouVo:fdZM
2 points left should go in Imp Stormstrike, AK if you feel you don't need the mana regen... or Imp Ghost Wolf if you like the mobility in outdoor bosses so much.
Last glyph is debatable, and the minors... take whatever else you want.

Honestly if you're leveling Enhancement just go for something simple like this:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#hVhhVZ0xgIoxzIhusRuVo:dwjVmz
Its 5 points away from what I consider to be
the
"raiding build" for Enhance, but since totems are rarely dropped during solo play (I only really use magma totem) you should pick up the extra int and ghost wolf. For raiding, pull 3 points from AK and put them in Enhancing totems, take 2 out of Imp Ghost Wolf and put them in Imp Windfury totem.
