Profiler won't load my main

I have an issue with the profiler.

When I try to look up my main toon, Rionnon, it says I have requested for a resync and it says "Character ready, reload profile".

When I press reload, nothing happens. I successfully added my alts... And I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.
