1) Benediction, Improved Judgements, Heart of the Crusader, Seal of Command in that order.
2) Strength. More strength.
3) Crusader Strike and Divine Storm come later. Early leveling involves a lot of video watching and getting snacks while you autoattack things down.
4) If you want some variety, you may consider Prot leveling. There's a sticky on it at the top of the forum.

IIRC, the old style was to level Ret up til 35 or 40, and then Prot for AE tanking.
Or you can just continue ret.
If you're leveling quests, and you tend to find yourself NOT fighting groups a lot, Ret will be faster.
If you can pull groups and AE grind, Prot will.

I was just about to ask what would be better; sword and board or a two hander! Thanks for answering!
Also, is leveling as prot possible? I leveled my warrior as prot and had a blast. I like it way more than arms or fury. Of course, I'm looking to level this toon as quickly as possible, so I'm thinking Ret is the way to go?
I have levelled my BE pally (see sig) as Prot from 10-80, and I must say it is very possible to do so. The major difference is the speed at which you blast through content. Personally I wanted to experience as much as possible, with as little as possible boosting, and that's where Prot comes in handy. Agreed, it's slower, but in the end a lot more fun (providing that's what you're looking for, but looking at #4 of your OP, I'd say it is :p)
