Yes, it will run it perfectly fine... you may have a bit of lag in Dalaran but so do alot of people.

Yes, you shouldn't have any problems. My laptop has a stupid graphics card that's built into the motherboard and can't be changed out and the only places where I lag are Dalaran (~2-6 FPS), and "overly" detailed raids (~10-18 FPS, very playable though).

As the above people have said, you will be able to play WoW including all of the game's content with this machine.
A few pointers, though:
You have a rather slow processor and a very outdates graphics card. This will be your major problems. You may be forced to tune down the in-game video setting.
Other things you can do to improve performance include not using too many addons or switching to a better operating system. (Vista is a huge drain. You could go back to XP, or wait for Windows 7. Many people have reported better performance with Windows 7 than Vista, and some even better than with XP)
Although laggy gameplay is not as serious when it comes to questing and leveling, when it comes to 25-man raids, it CAN decrease your overall ability.
