The comments to the totem suggests doing a Kharazan run with a few friends - should be fairly easy and fast, when looking at a Badge/hour ratio :)

I jumped at the opportunity to join a Sunwell raid a few weeks back, they ended up going for Mag, Gruul and BT. Bought the totem afterwards and still have about 20 badges left over.
Make your own raid and you should get it quite quickly.

I hope you're joking. Enhancement shamans wont solo any BC heroics (at lvl 80). If you want badges ask two or three mates to run kara with you.

Enh shammies can heal but our MS procs are not fast enough when more than 1 mob is beating on us in 70 heroics. The dogs can keep us alive for as long as they're up but when they go down, we usually follow not too long after.
I'm fairly decently geared too I might add.
PS: When I grinded LC rep I tried doing Slabs by myself (heroic) and quickly realised it will either take me 6 hours per heroic or I could just run it on normal.
