How about this build for pve? TM for switching stances, emergency OT threat, juggernaut charges, mobility, and noobie-friendly dpsing, no rend to keep up, no overpower to use, just slams and execute proccs and 2 effective rage dumps, ww and ms. 3%extra crit from dpsing in zerkerstance, access to pummel, for KT and...well shade of aran :)
some fury goodies, like imp bs, imp demo.
no imp hs, but in those rare situations i use it as dps i have so much rage that i dont think 3 less rage matters.
I tried a similar build when i was freshly dinged in questing blues/tbc epics, and my dps went up. But my crit was low, and if i remember correctly there where no arp bonus in battlestance back then so i guess those 3%crit made a huge difference going from 21-24% than it will do now from 36-39%
Is it worth spending 50g on trying it out? Or is it just a dumb build that lacks overpower? Any suggestions on slight changes to this build?

Don't even bother. I mean, you took second wind in a pve build.

Just to get to the next tier. I find some survivability useful even in pve as a dps sometimes. Ignore that point, and look again please.

Then take points out of worthless stuff (TM, parry) and put them into overpower talents, or imp rend and do more dps than you would wasting rage switching to berserker stance to use WW.

Hey i will show you a build i use , its not the best of course for raid dps(it's nice to play tho and i wont reccomend it for serious raids , i use it for my fun)
It's a PvP build that i do with battlegrounds and arena only for fun with a friend, its pretty nice i never get out of rage while i quest or farm , and i dont rest too
If you change some tallents it can become a nice PvE specc with about 75% dmg of "famous"dps fury/arms speccs .
It is
This
.
What i actually do is charge , rend , zerg stance , bloodthirst whirldwind , battle stance , overpower ,harmstring if needed and then again zerg stance and all over. Many times i dont use overpower and play only in zerg stance but its nice to play..
I repeat again this is a fun specc with no porpose of getting first on dps metters on raid or playing serious arena and aiming high, it is fun to play cause of many diffrent skills , strong 2h attacks with much strengh and charges and flurry.
It looks good , isnt it?(to me it does ^^)
If you can try it and tell me what you think , or if you like it too

Lack of overpower and rend, you're essentially saying "well, I could hit these buttons that will deal significant instant damage, but instead I'd rather spec useless talents and do nothing with my GCDs". Completely and utterly pointless.

Went with this build instead, and just park myself in zerker for variation when i feel to lazy to apply rend and wanna ww and pummel instead of overpower. What you think?

Feels like pre-LK fury build, but with a 2H instead of two 1H. Much less burst than the fury build, but pretty steady rage use with WW, MS and execute procs. With slam as a ragedump. I can see this spec having rage spikes, so you may want to spec into imp. heroic and rend instead of parry. Small use is better than no use.
You are essentially trading overpower procs and 10% ArP for 3% crit and WW for the loss of a GCD.
Not gonna out-dps either arms or fury, but a interesting change of pace for bored dps wars.
