#showtooltip
/cast Charge
/castsequence Charge, Intercept
/cast Intervene
I'm not sure if this is exactly how it would work, but what I am sure about is that you'll get spammed like "You can't use that yet" if you used Charge without initiating the castsequence (as in..not being in Berserker Stance).

That's the point of warbringer though - you can use charge/intercept/intervene in any stance (and in combat) hence you don't need to worry about the stance dancing part of the macro.
My bad, forgot to add Charge to the Defensive stance part of the macro.
#showtooltip
/cast Charge
/castsequence Charge, Intercept
/cast Charge
/cast Intervene
Still not sure if this will work though :p

Pretty close - basically the conditional (the part in the square brackets) applies to the whole castsequence - so just one for Charge, Intercept, and one for Intervene.
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=15 Charge, Intercept; Intervene
Note: Although I should have set this macro up I haven't yet (I have my intervene separately bound), so I haven't tested. An alternative is:
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=15 Charge, Intercept
/stopmacro
/cast Intervene
edit: added the reset conditions
What exactly does the reset=15 do in this macro?

reset=15 will reset the Castsequence after 15 seconds you last used it.
