Completely reinstall the game. That's your only possible course of action outside of running the repair utility.

Only one way to find out. To the registry!
regedit
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- SOFTWARE
- Blizzard Entertainment
- World of Warcraft
Now what do we 'ave 'ere?
GamePath and InstallPath
Meh, from Blizzard I expected something more exciting.
Just uninstall it from Control Panel -> Software and select World of Warcraft and then press uninstall.
And then you have to reinstall it. The downloader / installer (I don't know what exactly it is, I've never used it) will download / install WoW. It'll take a while, but you'll live.
Neither of those keys are required to run the game. In fact, they're recreated every time you launch the game in order for it to show up in the add/remove program list. Technically speaking, you don't even have to run an installer. Simply copying someone else's WoW folder will work just fine. The keys are there as a formality (as odd as that seems in this day and age XD).
