edit: also swap that dreadful spirit trinket for

even druids turn their noses up at that, it's got no place on a warlock's character sheet.
edit again: the
badge belt
is an easy upgrade to that silly frostsavage piece.
more edits: overall, make a choice between PvP or PvE. all that resilience and spell pen is wasted on the PvE set and all the hit is wasted in PvP. choose one and gear for it.

honestly, though it looks like you've run 4 heroics and 1/2 of normal naxx...

also, why do you want to go 0/13/58? there's no great benefit. not particularly higher output or anything, just a little more utility.
this is a bit of a daft thread. for someone just stepping from heroics to raids you're doing fine. you certainly don't have the right to be "ranting" about anything. there's plenty of hit out there on plenty of very easily obtained pieces. you've had a few listed for you.

For 25 mans you have enough, 11% is enough providing you have

on the mob - and you have 13.5%. Supression gives you an extra 3%; there's no point going over 17%.
1% is 26.23 hit, so 289 hit. For 10 mans without a priest or druid then you'll only need 14 hit (rounding up) as you're 0.5% short of 14%. The
Mark of the War Prisoner
trinket gives that and a nice amount of spell power every 2 minutes.
If you're lucky enough to win it - it's been 5 months for me and I've seen it twice, lost it twice - then the Mark of the War Prisoner's big brother
Dying Curse
is even better, from Maexxna, Grobbulus, Gothik or Heigan.
The problem I experienced on my server is elitists who insist on having the Epic achievement for pugs (regardless of whether a blue item is better for PvE), so I logout with a level 213 epic trinket on for my armory page.

3% hit from misery/improved faerie fire doesn't stack, you need 13% (if alliance)/14% (if horde) to be capped with those two

Sorry I was unclear, I meant either one - so you can switch out your hit gear if those two are present in 25 man raids. Why don't we Warlocks get a curse like that :-|
