Can you have too much mana regen on your gear as a resto druid ?
I have about 900 / 600 mp5 & 22k mana raidbuffed , i'm rarely if ever running out of mana.
Running Ulduar 25
I'm wondering if i got too much mana regen , and if i should stack more crit / haste instead of mana regen
Is there a point where it's not really beneficial to stack more mana regen ? most of the time i don't even need my innervate, i end fights in naxx with 16k mana left (and nobody dead)

I say if you're not having to go pedal-to-the-metal spam-heal mode the entire fight, then you have enough spell power, and a large mana pool and a large amount of regen means you always have the option of 'flooring it' if things go bad, knowing you'll be okay on mana.
You really only have 2 things to worry about as a healer right? Keep people alive. Don't run out of mana. You sound like you have both of those bases firmly covered, so where you choose to throw your slack is just personal preference, and I don't see too much benefit of one over the other, though in my opinion, having slack in the longevity department offers more versatility and flexibility, so thats the way I'd go.

We usually raid with 7 healers
2 paladin
2 priest
2 shaman
1 druid
I tank heal with 3xLifebloom, Rejuv, Regrowth, and the occasional Wild Growth
I raid heal with Rejuv - Nourish and Wild Growth
Usually over the course of a raid i do a bit of both, some fights i'm on tank, some i'm on raid
