Recount is fairly good. There's a few others out there, but their names escape me at the moment.
Honestly, to get a completely accurate picture, you'll probably need to run a few separate addons, since not all damage meters watch things like important buffs/debuffs/etc.

Well wws and world of logs do, but they only seem to track within a certain raidus of the person running the addon. If someone is beyond that they dont get tracked (think Thorim fight etc).
They track everything within view distance. If they show up in the combat log, it's being monitored.
What I was getting at is that WWS annd world of logs do post-processing on the logs and separate relative information such as (de)buff uptime, % time in fight, etc. Recount will do this kind of thing as well, but if you want to know if the mob has sunder on it at any given moment while the fight is going on for example, you'll need to run another addon. I guess what I'm trying to say is that there's a difference between addons that let you look back on a fight that's happened and see what's going on, and addons that are actively displaying information while the fight is in progress (ie. recount can show you how many times Warrior X has hit sunder in a fight, but it won't tell you that the boss isn't currently sundered while you're engaged).

Wowmeteronline and WWS both have merge capability. For example, on Thorim, have one person in the arena run a combat log and one person in the gauntlet do the same. They can run the logs for the whole night if they wish. Then, you can merge the logs so the report will show all of the data.
World of logs is currently working on implementing this functionality.
