I don't see that many locks PvPing nowadays. I have always found BG's to be a fun part of the game. I still do PvP on my lock (as both Destro and Afflic,) but there are some much needed changes I would love to see:
1)
Demonic Circle should break Stuns, and any effect which causes loss of control of your character. This spell is awesome in PvP, as it can be used offensively and Defensively (try planting it on the balcony, sprinting to the WSG flag, and porting back up as several baffled defenders are still wondering wtf just happened.) This should also be our Panic button, without having to waste a trinket CD to get out.
2) Combine
Fel Armor and
Demon Armor. Hunters have
Aspect of the Dragonhawk (combining aspect of the monkey and hawk) , so this would be an ideal buff.
3) Pet Scaling (I know this is being worked on, so not gonna stress it)
4)
Howl of Terror could be instant cast for all specs, with affliction getting a bonus for speccing into it (longer duration perhaps?)
5)
Consume Shadows could reveal all stealthed enemies in within "x" yards. 30 would be overpowered I think. Rogues specifically target Warlocks, as they have more counters to us then we do to them
6)
Healthstones restoring a percentage of Health, instead of fixed amount. It would be nice if they restored a little mana also.
7)
Chaos Bolt would be more worthy of a 51 point talent if it went through anything (mage iceblock and Pallys bubble for instance)
8) Increasing the range of our
Fear spell. < 20 yards is too close for comfort.
9) Soul Shards. I know they are working on this also, but it would be great if for PvP they removed the Shard cost of all spells (Actually, removing the Reagent cost for all spells/abilities in all classes would be nice for the duration of the BG.) Tried finishing a Druid off with a quick
Shadowburn only to discover I was "Shardless" (Newb mistake, I know)
This is what I have so far, feel free to add in/discuss/point out anything you may want to say (just try to keep it on at least a semi-mature level)

I dont think Making chaos bolt go through all immunity effects Would be overly Overpowered,
Divine shield,
ice-block,
Are the only two abilities is can think of that this new chaos bolt would penetrate--Cloak of shadows modifies hit chance so it would remain unchanged.
CloS increases resistance by 90%, it doesn't affect your hit chance at all.
