Hi
My mage is in his mid 30's and i wondered how important spellpower is at these levels.
Some of the gear i'm picking up has spellpower but no other stats, so is it best to build up intellect for mana or go for spellpower?
Cheers

Well, It's worth it if you can stack a fair amount of it.
My 38 mage got 178 SP wich is a crushing number ( I am always "twinking" my toons at each level bracket for a round of BGs ).
If I don't get a crit, I kill mobs in 3-4 Frostbolts. If I get a Frosttbite proc or a normal crit, I am destroying mobs in 2-3 spells.
Consider SP if you can get maybe 60-80.

I leveled with SP from level 1...or at least the lowest I could get.
On my warlock..whose currently still only level 65 or so and I believe around 600 spellpower or so.
I was over 200 at level 35'ish....300 by level 50.
If you stack SP at low levels....you will be low on life...so be careful.
Fun leveling with high SP...very fun.

idk, i don't see this as a "mage only" thread. this applies to pretty much any caster.

Fun leveling with high SP...very fun.
Also helps prevent it being boring and slow, as caster leveling often is in the absence of SP... Especially since the most recent spirit nerf.
