Oh yay, PvE nerfs for the sake of PvP. Have you seen the rotations they use for PvE, especially Unholy? Most of them involve keeping diseases up at 100% of the time, but only using PS/IT at the start of the rotation. If properly executed, the rotaiton ends as PS/IT diseases begin to fade. Reducing the duration of PS/IT will screw up their rotation entirely, forcing them to use lower damage abilities more often or forcing them to drop diseases, thus dropping their dps by a lot.
All because you got owned by one in Alterac Valley.
Enough PvE nerfs because of battlegrounds and arena.
You really should find your resident feral dps druid and talk to them about how your rotation is so painful. I'm sure they'll be very attentive and understanding.

The 2 problems I see with DK is pure damage and CoI. No one that goes against a DK likes CoI for obvious reasons. The snare effect either needs to be reduced a good amount, or it should build up some DR. Pure damage on a DK is a big issue; Every time my team goes against a DK/heals team, the DK always does 1.5 - 2x my teammates damage, which means I'm having to heal much more often, and oom much quicker.
As for the rest... garg, desc, disease damage, even grip i'm fine with these, they are legitimate tools needed to score a kill (burst and snares). It sounded like they were making changes to fix a bunch of these things we are complaining about already anyways. (like 2 min CD on IBF, no more stop effect on CoI, etc.)
DK pure damage isn't a problem, not single target anyway. and the DK has paid for that AoE damage in spades with survivability nerfs patch over patch since WotLK was launched. Anyone who can't beat a DK now really should just cancel their subs or avoid pvp all together. DK's have a bad rep for being OP but it's a myth based on past glories. There's nothing special about them now, hence all the face rollers have moved on.

Ret is not OP and is not top of the food chain. You're the one in need of moving on.
Ret also requires more multi tasking. In order to do well you have to heal and cast defensive spells as well as put out massive amounts of damage in order to get a kill that other classes will just CC in order to get. If you can't do this, you fall under the "lolret" category.
I'm not saying ret is amazingly difficult, but you have to be awake and be able to watch 4 different things at once in order to play ret successfully.

Death Knights are the first Hero class and all classes found there way to kill that class.

QQ.... I was going to post a bunch of links as to why DK's got nerfed and that it IS fair, but the fail DK isn't worth it.
Also, DK's do more cleave than any other class, have almost the same interupt as a rogue, and are very durable thru cooldowns and can still put out an immense amount of damage in frost presence.
The nerfs were warranted, and the class is still boarderline OP, but is at least balanced to the point that they aren't retardedly OP now. The majority of DK's will still outlast any other class, melee or not melee, that isn't a healer while putting out more damage and peals than anyone else in the arena, less maybe a frost mage.
If you are QQing for DK's, you really need to L2Play. Don't believe me? We have a new wow player with a relentless weap. Yes, he's been playing wow as a DK for 2 months(or so he says), and has his 1800 weap already.

- Gargoyle needs to be reachable(they are fixing it). A flying pet that does more damage than any other pet in the game during it's untouchable burst and seemingly has no range or LoS limitations. - fix in progress
- CoI needs to be a SLOW, not a snare. Slower than 50% in any way, shape or form is OP for a melee dps, especially when you can cast it every 5 seconds and keep anyone under 50% speed. If they want to keep it the same, the cost needs to be increased to 2 Frost runes. Maybe a slow with it's current cost, glyphed to what it is now with the cost increased to 2 runes. Ever heard of this one Rogue thing.. Cripling Poison? Oh yeah 80% slowed on just about every melee attack? I agree, after a arena match where my healer, and a DK's healer died at the same time and all he did was chains of ice, walk backwards and use deathcoil for 3 minutes and won. That spell is over the top!
- Pet stun is retarded, and not on a global cooldown because it's a pet ability. If they want to give it this ability, it needs to be killable. Not an instant cast res with minimal cost and a renewable CD. Once again, Beastmaster Hunter's pets stun and deal even more damage then a ghoul. Ghouls are kill-able, not really a issue in my eyes.
- Desecration isn't needed if CoI is changed to a slow. It's retarded to have a slowing AoE effect that can be stacked on top of an AoE damage effect, both of which have MINIMAL to no cost. This I agree 100% on. Dececration coming upp on every third swing obliterating my movement, dealing damage and generaly looks awesome. I mean this one REALLY needs its proc rate reduced in my eyes..

You know what vould happen to a DK's dmg if they shortened disease reduction? Firstly no DK vould ever manage to kill anyone in a arena / BG enviroment, because diseases deal alot of dmg but they really REALLY help DK's deliver bursts thru heart strike etc. Secondly. What you'd think happen to PvE DK's never finding time to do anything but refreshing diseases?
Just my 2 cents.
EDIT: But I wouldn't mind if the DK class just got removed.....
