hit is ridiculously high; its not recommended to stack it.. after the soft cap (8%) you should be focusing on other stats.
Expertise soft cap is 26 (6.5%); since thats how much bosses dodge. The hard cap, however, varies from boss to boss (but you shouldn't be attacking from the front in the first place, so you only have to worry about the soft cap, but the only spec its worth to actually gem for is HAT)
