The weapon is quite good, actually. Slap 110ap on it if zerker is too expensive for you.
Cooldown clash resolution priority -> CS-HoW-J-DS-Cons-Exo. Bump up DS and Cons on multi-mob situations. As for the UI,

And if you just came back from extended pause, it is to be expected not to perform at the same level. Practice a bit, the numbers will grow.

Polearm is pretty pretty nice. Best pvp weapon in Naxx imo.
Now, drop 1% hit rating somehow, and get expertise capped.
