Leveling Enchanting

Hi.
I was wondering if there are any good guides for leveling Enchanting? Now, I am aware of the powerleveling guides found both here and on other websites, but I'm in the market for a "normal" leveling guide. A powerleveling guide that focuses on getting the materials yourself, so to speak. Not because I'm cheap, but I feel I should put in the work and not "cheat".
Ex: "For level 1-50 you'll need to run RFC 100 times because RFC has the highest droprate for the disenchantable gear you will need."
"For level X-Y run Z instance, because it will give you materials for your next 5 levels and also gives you a good chance to get that rare recipe."
I know I can research it myself as I go(and I will probably have to do it), but if there's already someone who has done this, then I'm all for following their advice. :)

just remember, time is money. If you would get 60 strange dust from doing RFC 10 times and that takes about 30mins maybe. On my server a stack of strange dust is roughly 9G so 3 stacks is 27G i could get that from doing 2 dailys which takes maybe 5 minutes.
Check the prices on the materials, if they are cheap, do some dailys and buy them. If they are extremely expensive it might be better to farm them. So instead of grinding the same dungeon 50 times to get 50 skillups you could do your dailys and get 150 skillups and then do something else.
Edit: wall of text =p

Well, I have sufficient funds to powerlevel enchanting 1-450 as I have been 80 for some time and have done my share of the dailies, but where's the fun in that? :) I want to try leveling it "normally". As normal as a level 80 can without using the AH, anyway.
Guess I'll just run all the dungeons one at a time and see where that leaves me. I might also start working on the Loremaster to kill two fish with one stone as that would net me quite a few greens from quest rewards.

Isn't it going to take ages levelling 'normally'? It's taken me long enough to get to 370ish (or whatever I am) and I've bought and disenchanted loads from the AH. I've always used the mats I've created to level and never bought them direct, but the thought of running about for drops to level fills me with all sorts of dread.

I am in no hurry to get to 450, so I don't mind if it takes time.
I've so far run RFC, WC and SFK. I got the achievement for the 2 latter as I haven't run them after the achievements were put into play. I completely clear out the instance every time and I did get a lot of greens/blues which already got me past 100.
What was interesting to me, was that I had to stop often in RFC/WC to empty my bags of all the grey/white crap, but in SFK there wasn't a lot of junk. I'm only keeping the cloth and DE mats, so SFK was the best instance to run of these 3.
I do have tailoring as my second profession, so I can probably create a lot of greens with the mats I pick up. Thanks for the suggestion, as I hadn't thought of that. :)
So far I have spent 0 gold leveling enchanting, apart from buying rods and paying for the training/recipies.
Deadmines, Stockades and Gnomeregan next. :)

Gnomeregan has the added bonus of a vendor for Alliance in the clean zone - better to sell the junk for a few coppers than simply trashing it. Big instance too, lots of greens and a good amount of bosses for blues :)
Alliance? I be a troll, mon!

what is your second profession? because i was able to get ALOT of mats, and make LOTS of gold just Disenchanting my Tailoring Greens and sometimes blues. when you start making mageweave gear, alot of that disenchants to nether essences which sell for quite a bit on my server.
