An odd couple glitches...

Before I post this in the WoW forums, I just want to see if these things have happened to anyone else.
While in ghost wolf form as enhance, I right clicked a target to select to attack it like I did before I had dual-wield. I charged in and then hit the thing with earth shock. I turned back to my nice troll self, and at first things seemed alright, but upon closer inspection I noticed that my off-hand weapon hadn't been drawn out to attack though my main hand was out and swinging. In fact, it wasn't even there on my side. Furthermore, I was only making attacks with the main hand weapon as if I was only fighting with one weapon, which I shouldn't have been. Worried, I checked my character sheet, but the weapon was still equipped in my off hand on the sheet, just not drawn out or visable by any means. After combat, I sat to drink and eat, and the weapon was back as if it had never left my side.
So I experimented throughout in feralas. I went gw, right clicked targets and discovered that pretty much all of my shocks, and my stormstrike caused this effect to happen. I couldn't get windshock to make it happen, and I didn't have lava lash at the time to experiment with it.
Secondly, I have been getting windfury procs off of windfury procs, and I'm fairly sure blizzard was trying to make it so that this couldn't be done. At first, I thought it was just damage from something else, but then I checked the combat log and it said "windfury for X damage, windfury for X damage". Yes I am dual-wield as enhance, but this has been going on since before I had had it.
For both of these incidents, I do have glyph of ghost wolf, and glyph of windfury.
Can anyone tell me if any of these things should or should not be occurring?

well not sure about the ghost wolf thing just sounds like a visual glitch mostly, no major deal, for the windfury one there's 1 question that could explain it, do you have WF on both of your weapons? since what could be happening is your MH could proc, followed immediately by an OH proc, which would look like it might have come from the first WF

This had been happening with since I was using a two-hander. I run around as dual-wield with WF/FT.

Alright I get the windfury thing. Ty for the explanation of that I guess I misread how it works.
However I think the gw thing is more than aesthetic, as my off hand isn't doing any damage at all. I could be wrong though and I might for somereason be getting everything at once with the main hand. Dunno. I'll keep checking it out. Ty again.
