I have just recently started leveling a BE Paladin. I really like what they have to offer. And I would take a Paladin Tank over any other class. Anyway, I was wondering if I could get some feedback and thoughts that are good to know when it comes to leveling a Paladin. I will also link my talent build.

Any positive feedback would be great. Thank you for your time.

You just started leveling a paladin? Don't worry about level 80 builds yet. Benediction is crap for a tank, though.
Basic prot leveling is covered in the stickies and there are a dozen threads with retribution leveling info.

benediction is not basically +10% int
i dont know but if spell is costing 15% of base mana pool, then benediction will decrease it by 10%, so then its 13-14% of mana pool, or it just lower final mana cost like if it cost 800 mana then it will be 720 mana? if its second example then its maybe +10% int, but if not, then its a little boost for prot paladin

every one of your spells is instacast, which means you are spending 10% less mana in total. Assuming a...i dunno...2k mana pool, which for simplicity's sake, we'll say get used up completely over the course of the fight.
So to figure out what mana pool you would have needed without benediction:
x * 0.9 = 2000
x = 2222.22
So, actually it's more than 10%, but if you have replenishment in the party, then it probably averages down to about 10%.

how much base mana pool paladin get? for example 4000 if spell is 20% of base mana pool, then its 800 mana to cast that spell
and now i dont know how benediction work it could be lower 20% by 10% or 800 mana by 10%
so 800-20%=640 new price :)
20-10%= 18% so 18% from 4000 is 720 new price
see the difference? but i think that some tallents works first way and some second way and question is how benediction works?
http://www.wowwiki.com/Base_mana
find it base mana is 4394 and for example consecration is 22% of base mana, so you can count it

I'm not sure why you feel the need to bring base mana into the picture. Yes, you have proven your point that benediction saves you 80 (or whatever) mana
per consecration cast
. But if your under the impression that's all it's saving you, then you're missing the big picture. he's saving 10% on the whole fight, not one cast.
First of all, we're assuming the Paladin is using his whole mana pool in the given fight (otherwise there would be no need to take a mana reducing talent). So, he's not saving 10% on one cast, he saving 10% on the 10 or so casts he'll be able to do before going oom. No matter what the base mana cost is, whatever mana he's spending he's saving 10%. So, he's essentially has a mana pool that's 10% bigger (11.11% to be more percise).

Sorry, but I'll leave it at that...you don't seem to understand the math you are using.

Ugh...I can't stay away... :P
Simple example:
Paladin has 1000 mana
Cons. costs 100 untalented
Cons. costs 90 talented
Untalented = 10 casts, then oom
Talented = 11.11 casts (which rounds down to 11) until oom
In order to get 11.11 casts without the talent you'd need 1111 mana
1111 is approximately 10% more mana than 1000.

Based on the sole fact that pretty much all of a Paladins Tanking rotation involves using instance cast spells. Is it a decent talent to spec into? Like I said I was new the the whole tanking idea. I was wondering if Benediction is a good idea?

It's good while leveling, but end-game it's not necessary, getting more dps talents is probably a better bet.
