I am Aff - PvP. When i am in a group and it looks like i may get targeted in. I try to relocate as I cast . . .
Haunt > (run) Corr > CoA > Tab > Corr > CoA > Tab > Corr > CoA > Tab (stop and repeat with haunt)
this will get a strong Hot on me fast. It keeps me moving and still have ok damage.
If I am in a good spot in the back i try to . . .
Haunt > UA > (run) Corr > CoA > tab (stop) > Fear > UA > (run) Corr > CoA > Tab (stop repeat with haunt)
This lets me put up good fears and Dots. Yet, still keeps a ok hot on me. But i stand still longer.
When there is a lot of freedom for me to cast
i.e. In WSG when I am on D with our Flag runner after both Flags are taken.
I can then Fear and stack all of my dots then fear again. ( HoT is good to let the Flag runner heal up fast.)
But, Tab is just /fail
Is there a a targeting macro can i replace it with?
I Edited out my Immo and UA do to more Fail.

Er... Immolate overrides UA.

You can't have Immo and UA on the same target. They overwrite each other.

Tab switching works on targets that are pretty close to you, not on all within yours spell range. I know there was a command that could increase the distance, anyone know what was it?
And about rotations, I would suggest to focus more on fearing (recast it the moment last one broke, that will disable one target which is when you already are "paying" for your space in bg), and personally I find Curse of Tongues more valuable than CoA on some targets (Frost Mages/Boomkins/Holy Pallys, they either need to waste their 1,5sec gcd vs your 1sec or be very crippled).
