I'm no expert but just thinking, what if you did this...#showtooltip
/cast Divine Spirit; Prayer of Spirit; Shadow Protection; Prayer of Shadow Protection; Power Word: Fortitude; Prayer of Fortitude;Maybe the mods need to be before the default actions so it can check for mods before deciding which ability must be cast. Like I said, just a thought and maybe I'm wrong.

Sorry to go off-topic, but real quick, in all the suggested macros I've seen, they always have "#showtooltip".
I have a few simple macros that don't have this written in them. What does it do?

Shows the Spell's icon instead of just a random icon you choose.

Shows the Spell's icon instead of just a random icon you choose.
it also causes the tooltip in the corner of your screen to reflect the spell being displayed, and not just the name of the macro.
The main problem I see with the OP macro: you have first in the list. This means that if you use button 1, it will take this one first, and never get to .
Reorder them like so:#showtooltip
/cast Divine Spirit; Prayer of Spirit; Shadow Protection; Prayer of Shadow Protection;Power Word: Fortitude;Prayer of Fortitude (Since you've checked everything else, is redundant...assuming you used a mouse click, is all that's left.)

The game will recognize up to 5 mouse buttons. And up to 15 come 3.2. Apparently mouses are not what they used to be.
