This spec is intended for maximum mana efficiency (hence mental agility) while at the same time maximizing aoe healing potential. While I have not yet hit 80 and started raid healing I am making the assumption based on what I have read (and someone can correct me if they wish) that greater heal is not used all that much for raid healing and that lightwell (which is powerful in the right group) and renew are a matter of playstyle. While I am aware that most specs take empowered healing, it seems that the +% to the flash heal is just not worth putting the points into it. As for the glyphs, I took the flash heal glyph over the prayer of healing glyph, again putting efficiency above a relatively minor increase in the amount healed.
Thoughts? Also, what do those of you who use lightwell think of the lightwell glyph?

Easily corrected by putting either the 1pt from desperate prayer in empowered renew, or taking 1pt out of test of faith. Is desperate prayer worth keeping though?

Umm...to be quite frank, I completely disagree with what your doing. I've seen healers with unique builds that seem to work for them, but this honestly isn't very efficient at all. Longevity should primarily come from gear, talents/glyphs second.
You want to take Mental Agility, but the only healing spell it would affect for you is Renew, which it sounds like you don't care much for. If you did, you'd fully spec into it.
Healing Focus is a filler, but you took this talent as "mandatory." Empowered Healing on the other hand, is mandatory. FHeal and a Serendipity'd GHeal are holy's bread and butter heals, followed closely by AoE healing spells.
As far as glyphs go, PoH is amazing, you'll find yourself casting that spell quite often (usually with a full Serendipity stack).

my thoughts on your build are:
skip healing focus (2points) , lightwell (1 point) and improve shield (1 point) and instead put 1 point in emp renew and 3 points in emp. healing. Further i like to max emp. healing with points out of ToF, but ToF is also nice so its up to you :)
with the upcoming changes in 3.2 consider putting some points in inspiration...
Skip Lightwell? Assuming the spell is actually getting used, it offers the highest hpm spell in the game.

Body and Soul only removes a poison if cast on yourself. In a raid environment there should be enough people there that can remove a poison if needed...that's 2 tps you could have spent to increase your healing capabilities.
You say that you took up Spell Warding as a filler over Insperation, but is that really better than
Improved Healing
?
Test of Faith vs Empowered Healing. ToF gives 4% total healing per tp at targets <50% hp. EH inc healing by 8% (GH) and 4% (FH) on all heals per tp. You should find that you get much more healing out of a pt spent in EH than ToF.

I don't remember where in these forums I read it, but i should be stated in defense of Body and soul that it also gives the 30% movement bonus for each bubble you cast. Now, on first look, you say "PvP, otherwise trash" but how many times does the OT need to kite trash, or maybe the MT needs to kite the boss for a particular phase, or when you have those pesky debuffs placed on a dps and will explode if they are near anyone, and so making the bomb run faster away from the group would be good...Now when it comes to the poison cure...outside of 5 or even 10 mans, its just not needed.
