Horrible spec...
Read stickies and become knowledgeable in your class. Learn to wield a 2hander first and the talents that make that worthwhile. Without posting you a spec and helping you learn nothing, I know that if I were to make a tanking spec with the current ptr talent trees, I'd have the two extra DW talents, and then would lose out on a talent I really like.

He wasn't asking to be told to go with a two-hander. Some people prefer to go with dual-wield. It can have it's disadvantages in the sense of threat if you don't spec or gear right, but if done properly in can work just as good as a two-hander.
To go back to the actual purpose of this post. You wanted to know what a good dual-wield spec would be for tanking, I'm planing on going something like
this
. Just don't forget to go with the 2% parry runes to both weapons. For actual weapons. Your first should probably come from Ragemane in Zul'Drak in the sense of
Crescent of Brooding Fury
followed by
Infantry Assault Blade
from heroic Utgarde Keep. My thoughts are currently if you're going to be dual-wield tanking at 3.2, you're going to want to want two slow swinging weapons for the boosted threat from Threat of Thassarian to do more damage. If there isn't going to be any threat loss from swinging fast swinging weapons, then your next task will be any conjunction of
Slayer of the Lifeless
,
Red Sword of Courage
, and/or the tanking weapon from Argent Tournament. Your true goal is to get at least one, if not two
Broken Promise
.
That's pretty much all I've got to say there.
