I used to be a clicker but I'm currently making the transition to more a on keybind focused playstyle.
However, with my rogue I have some difficulties keybinding abilities on Bar 1 because of the behaviour of Bartender4.
Let's assume you have "Killing Spree" on Bar 1, button 2 but while in stealth bar 1 pages to a diffrent bar (7) and you will have "Garrote" on Bar 1, button 2.
When you bind bar 1, button 2 with Bartender the binding does also get handed down.
Let's further assume this situation:
You are stealthed and want to garrote a mob, but due unforseen circumstances you leave stealth, hammering on your garrote binding you would cast Killing Spree because you left Stealth and effectively waste this CD.
The solution to this would be to have a seperate binding for bar 1, button 2 while in stealth making it spammable.
But sometimes handing down bindings to the stealthbar can be useful, so it would have to be on a per button basis.
Basically I'd like to bind buttons from the stealthbar without interfering with the button
above
on the unstealthed bar, at the same time I'd like to have some buttons share their binding with their corresponding stealthed buttons.
I really like Bartender, so I'd rather not uninstall it; is there a way to realize bindings like this with bartender or with a diffrent addon in cojunction with bartender?

You don't have to assign a seperate bar for stealth. You can set up your stealth bar the same way you would when you use the default bars.
I know that, bartender switches your normal bar1 with a bar wich is hidden while not stealhed (this is called "pageing" by default bartender will switch from bar1 to 7 when you enter stealth)
But Bartender hands over your bindings for this switched bar, so if you bound button 1 to ctrl+q on your normal bar, button 1 on the stealth bar will have the same binding.
What I'd like to have is a seperate binding for button 1 while stealthed, I do realize you could just move all stealth abilities to a seperate bar and assign the bindings to this bar, but as stated above some times it is a good thing to have shared bindings, making certain ability combinations spammable with one button, reducing the need of additional keybinds, for example: Cheapshot while stealthed, unstealthed CPbuilder (Hemo/Sinister/Muti/Whatever).
Binding abilities directly instead of bar buttons would also work, if you can make them conditional (read: stance/stealth/form check) that is, but I don't think there is a addon wich can do this.
