I currently raid as MM (Which is rare apparently, since it's not the prefered spec), and when I hit 50, it was basically serpent sting->arcane shot->Steady until arcane cooled down again. Since I used a cat, I rarely used volley while questing. As I got more points, it was adding more shots to my rotation. As BM, there's no additional shots to add, but as MM or Surv, you get several additional shots added to your rotation.
Since autoshot shoots, even when casting steady shot now, the need for a certain speed weapon is nearly negated. Now as I did then, I use steady shot when my other shots are cooling down and when I'm using AotV. 10 Steadys gets me from OOM to nearly or completely full.

Leave the glyph of mending, for as long as you are leveling. You may not think you are seeing a result, but just think--every time you hit mend pet, it is like you are hitting it twice, doing double healing (nearly) in the same number of clicks, and without using double mana.
Hunter's mark isnt that viable when leveling because--even specced into it--the ap buff isnt a huge deal, AND the damage increase doesn't transfer to your pet. The only low-level hunters who hunters mark matters for are twinks, because it prevents rogues from stealthing, and they will be giving the benefit to all other hunters in the bg--and there are always twink hunters in abundance.
Also, spec out of MM and just push as far into BM as fast as you can. It will make things easier. Trust me, when I leveled I was a bit of all 3, as soon as I went pure BM things were faster and smoother and my dps in dungeons went up. If you want to spec into a second tree, I would go SV for increased survivability over MM.
