Gear wise your are fine ...
your talent build is very nice but u have 2 points in cruelty ? i know some tanks do talent this but IMO it has no benefit to you as survivability is what you should go for. Other than that its fine,
Last thing which is the major thing is your glyphs. Personally i think everyone of those is GASH.
Major
Revenge
Blocking
Cleave or Devestate
Minor
Bloodthirst glyph
Battle shout increase
Thunderclap.
But other than ur glyphs u r more than ready m8... just have tohope rest of your group will be aswell...
I agree, yeah. Going in arms or fury for anything DPS is just bad. You should never go impale or try to get critical strikes as a tank unless you are having major aggro issues.
1. Fix impale. Never, ever, ever go it if you want to seriously tank.
2. Put points into Puncture. Devastate costs 9 rage then and translates into much more threat generation and less aggro problems.
3. Put points into Imp. Spell reflect.
If you have points left over, put them into Improved Blood Rage or whatever you want, really. You're halfway there though in getting the spec. My spec looks somewhat like that.
As for glyphs, I use Heroic Strike, Revenge and Blocking for major. Minor really doesn't matter, but I use Bloodrage, Charge and Mocking Blow.
If you wanna take a look at my guy, go ahead:

1. Impale in conjunction with Deep Wounds and Incite produces a lot of threat.
2. Punture is one of the worst talents. devistate is no longer our main threat ability. Points in focused rage are good tho as that decreases more than just devistate.
3. Imp Spell Reflact is actually rather situational, and is not necessary as a core tanking talent.

Thanks for the feedback, I was planning and re-arrange my glyphs at some point either way.
After thinking about it I might swap my runes for:
Major
Shieldwall
Blocking
Last Stand / Devastate
Minor
Bloodrage
Thunderclap
Battle (Would pick bloodthirst but that's a major glyph according to the forums)
Then possibly remove the points from 'impale' and 'Creulty' putting them in 'Imp. Spell reflection' and 'Puncture'.
But thanks for the feedback will play around with it and see how it goes.
nonono, don't take the advice from the bad troll.
improved spell reflect is absolutely useless for almost all of the boss fights in the game. and puncture is just very, very low returns for 3 talent points.
impale/deep wounds is not mandatory, but there is no denying it is a very good threat spec, with very little survivability loss. sitting at only 13 expertise, you should seriously consider 15/3/53.
don't use parry gems (and never agility). red is either dodge/stam or expertise/stam. i would probably go with the expertise/stam until at least the soft cap.
for naxx25, you are fine. for ulduar10, you can do it, but it's going to be a bit rough at first. i would spec/glyph slightly differently for those two.
naxx (two missing glyphs can be revenge/HS/cleave/devastate - your choice)
ulduar (once you are very comfortable with your threat, you can move points from impale/DW into improved demo shout)
