Im stuck at 2.3 - 2.5k dps and i cant improve, please help

i am a lvl 80 mage in good gear, naxx 10, naxx 25 and uld 10 gear, but i am not able to pass 2.3 k dps, i am currently FFB spec and i use the standard rotation, scortch, living bomb, ffb, repeat as needed, but no matter what gear i get my dps stays the same or lowers, is there any better specs out there i should try, my hit is at 379, and my spell power is 1566, here is my wowarmory page,

so if anyone has any sugestions i would greatly appreciate it, weather its a new spec, rotations, anything please help, i really like the class but its becoming depressing that i keep getting better gear and get out done by people with gear in 10 naxx,

Your crit chance is balls awful, you have very little spellpower, and you don't have glyph of living bomb. I'd replace scorch glyph, but if you really want the easy applications, then drop frostfire glyph.
The reason why you're getting beat in DPS is because all of your specifications are super low. Well, at least you're at the hit-cap. You're "stuck" at 2.5k dps probably because of your gear. Read the stickies, there's a guide on fire specs in there somewhere. Keep Living Bomb up at all times, Frostfire Bolt spam, and pyroblast whenever you get Hot Streak. Not hard. Blow cooldowns whenever you can, and try to time them with bloodlusts, and always try to stack them.
If you're doing all of that already just keep raiding until you get better gear.
