I'd say 25% of your base mana EVERY time you crit is well worth the point, and something you dont want to miss. If it was only the replenishment effect, you would probably just put 1pt. in there.. But no.

Hybrid builds are not good. Period. Theres one build for PvP & one for PvE. By combining them and attempting to have *the best of both worlds* you end up gimping both.

no swift retribution for pve
no divine sacrifice
no guardian's favor
2/2 eye for an eye? 1 point for gronding totems killing
THIS is a viable - sort of - hybrid spec.

You will do 2/3% less damage in pve, and have 30 sec SS, but you will not be useless in both fields at least.

no swift retribution for pve
no imp blessing of might either
But it doesn't actually matter at all if you have someone else covering those buffs in your raid (other paladins or dps warrior/moonkin druid for might/3% haste respectively.)

From what I've seen in the upcoming patch, you'll DEFINITELY need 3/3 JotW. It's much harder to keep your mana up in the upcoming patch as Ret, and having any Judgement not give that 25% will gimp you quite a bit.
I'd question the 4/5 Divinity, as one point could easily be tossed into JotW.

I use this build, it works for me, it even helps me a tiny bit if i EVER (very unlikely though) decided to do some pvp, you know wintergrasp or if the enemy raided a city.
