Right I'm thinking of having two dps builds once 3.2 hits.
The
first
, which is two-handed Blood/Unholy build that benefits from the Unholy Blight changes in conjunction with Sudden Doom procs.
The
second
, which is a dual-wielding Frost/Unholy build.
Can anyone see any major problems with either of these builds in terms of talent choices. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated.

Hungering cold over UBA? Bad Decision
and for the Blood Build why on a Pale Horse over Ravenous dead?
Other than that those are both some of the basic builds being thought of though
15/55/3
is a build many frost perfer.

For the first spec, those two points you have in On a Pale Horse would be better spent on Ravenous Dead.
As far as the second goes, you might wanna go for Chill of the Grave instead of Hungering Cold, seeing how it's pretty much useless in a raid. Or, if you're fine on runic power, just go 3/3 into Blood Caked Blade.
EDIT: Forgot about UBA. Put your HC point into there.

The problem with Frost/Unholy is BcB is horrible, the proc rate and point per dps increase is very poor. It also scales poorly. There is no reason to spec into Morbidity, as DW is dps spec and you won't be using DC
Blood subspec scales better and gives a tighter rotation, but doesn't give the added dps that Necrosis gives, however you have higher AP and Crit chance making it very nice.

Running a quick comparison of the passive talents involved (2/3 BCB, Necrosis, Virulence, Vicious Strikes, Ravenous Dead vs Butchery, Bladed Armor, Dark Conviction), the unholy subspec seems to win out slightly (10-20ish dps), and I'm not really sure where else to look for something that might give the blood subspec some edge.
@Esfernum: The 5% haste are included, in general I think we're after the maximum possible dps build though, which is assuming fully buffed 25 man as baseline (this is after all what the simulator assumes).
@Thuggernaut: Yeah, you seem to be correct in that it is the application of Frost Fever that gives IIT, comments on wowhead confirm that Pestilence refresh doesn't proc it. - Astalion on Elitist Jerks
I stole this quote from EJ so that we can stay up to date here. It seems Glyph of Disease doen't proc our Icy Talons buff.
BTW, there has been a change in BcB it now benefits slow/slow much more than before and seems to push unholy subspec to a better dps option over Blood subspec
