How do I read people's co-ordinates?

Hi, I see all the time on wowhead, people say that something is at this destination at say 79, 67 for example... How do I get a grid to read this, or how do you even read this in general? Do I have to get a program that runs with my WoW?

The addon Cartographer also can help.....and when you open the big map in game, you can run your mouse over the map, and see what the coordinate is where the mouse is located, which helps if you have trouble reading X,Y coords.
