You DO realize he's dual specced and his other spec is the cookie cutter, right? there would be no reason to have a mut/prep spec unless you use it since it's useless for anything other than arena. His SdD spec is probably for BGs since it has more mobility, which can come in pretty handy when chasing down a flag/siege vehicle... or my personal favorite, ShS to a turret and get behind enemy lines. Honestly, any rogue that is serious about pvp will have both specs since mut prep is better for arena and Sub is better for BGs(and a lot more fun)
