You can click on the holy spec no matter what spec he/she logged out in - it's the gear you can't change.
Blizz really needs to make it so you can see gear sets from your Gear Manager on the armory.
Get rid of Glyph of Renew and grab Glyph of PoH. Imho, Glyph of Renew only was good for disc priests pre 3.1 when we didn't have Glyph of Penance, as holy, you should be casting PoH to often for you to not want an extra 20% HoT added on to the end.
Unless you find yourself tank healing, I'd recommend not bothering w/ Inspiration (for the life of me I can't figure out why so many holy priests take it). Most AoE damage comes in the form of a spell (i.e. armor doesn't do anything for you). Furthermore, I recommend picking up Lightwell, get in a group that has any competency to use the spell, and it works like magic. 100k+ potential healing from one spell...it can't be beat.
Now, since I can look at your shadow spec right now, I'm going to try and help you out there as well. You want to get rid of Glyph of MS and take up Glyph of SW:P and MF, however, your actual talent build is perfect, don't change a thing.
Your gear is in need of some serious improvements.
Check out the stickies
for where you can get your gear. Your hit is way, way to low. You have 96 of the 289 needed (193 shy of the hit cap). Take all three of your gems and give yourself 3
Rigid Autumn Glows
(giving you 48 more hit) and probably socket your belt with a fourth one.
The 289 hit cap is for raiding, for PvP and Heroics, talents take care of everything you need.
Your headpiece should have a meta socket in it, once you get a headpiece w/ the meta, spoil yourself with a
Chaotic Skyflare Diamond
.
In general, your haste could use some improvement (10% is considered the soft cap), but your crit is extremely low. When finding upgrades, you'll want to grab crit gear over haste gear. Your head, shoulders, chest, boots, and cloak all need to be chanted/enhanced. The same sticky from before can help you out there.
I understand you just dinged a few days ago, so the gear won't be there asap, but keep this in mind.

It doesn't do yourself any good, at all.
Increases
your target
's armor...
When healing the tank, this is a good talent to have as they generally have a lot of armor and increasing it means they will take less damage. And with a bit of crit, you can keep it up almost constantly if you are healing the tank.
Furthermore, I recommend picking up Lightwell, get in a group that has any competency to use the spell, and it works like magic. 100k+ potential healing from one spell...it can't be beat.
Lightwell is nice in theory, but useless in practice, imo.
You cannot expect the tank or melees to ever use it.
Which leaves ranged(healers and dps). Healers will heal themselves. DPS expects healers to, well, heal them. If needed, they will use a health pot/-stone or in a clinch a bandage.
They will not run over to a well to click it. They are busy "topping the meters" or trying to avoid void zones, firepatches and whatnot.
Well, that's my experience, at least. Others fare better, I'm sure.
