VT > DP > MF3 > SW:P > MB > VE... is probably the most common opening rotation
VT > DP > MB > MF2 > SW:P > VE... however, will give you the highest dps. The difference is so minute, only spriests that truly want to max out their dps really care about this.
Edit: If you have to move into position, your opening rotation will change depending on how many stacks of SW you were able to apply and whether or not you were able to apply VE earlier.

MF2 means two ticks of MF.
MF3 being a full MF.

In terms of getting yourself into a fight (assuming your going to run for more than 1.5s) then using VE first is fine. When you are running in i think it would be more profitable in terms of dps to offload DP and then when in position use VT-MB-mf3/2( i dont see the huge deal about the 1 extra tick before applying swp but purists would tell you its a waste). So for normal fights i would use VT-MB-DP-MF3/MF2 - SW:P. As soon as im done with swp my mb is good to go and i can rip into my normal rotation.
Also if you are going for max dps(as in going to calculate every dps point) id suggest checking out the shadowpriest.com thread -
linky
. It puts MB first as max dps but its on a dummy, regardless if you are able to get off mb from the very beginning it makes for the highest dps, albeit very VERY marginally.
P.S. Don't flame me if i've interpreted the spriest.com thread wrong, i'm 99% sure i haven't but no doubt someone will want to burn me for it regardless.
Tl;dr : VT-MB-DP-MF3/MF2 - SW:P worry about ve later, your dps not a healer it can get applied when it suits you instead of gimping the rotation.
