Question Concerning Titan's Grip (1 Weapon In Particular)

I suppose there're in fact 2 questions.
-Does equipping an "on hit" proc in the offhand effect it's proc-rate or effectiveness?
As of now Titan's Grip appeals to me as nothing more than a novelty toy to play around with and arms being the more appealing dps spec.
With that being said let me elaborate on the 2nd question before asking it.
www.wowhead.com/?item=7717
is the weapon in question and more appropriately its proc.
When Ravager procs it causes
www.wowhead.com/?spell=9632
-I've listed what I've found out about the weapon and its proc on the weapon's link however i've been unable to varify whether "on hits" can proc during the Bladestorm from both weapons, the mainhand weapon which the damage is based off, or only Ravager's "on hit" enchants since that is where the Bladestorm originated.
Ie. If equipped as follows....
-Mainhand=

with
www.wowhead.com/?spell=27984
-Offhand=
www.wowhead.com/?item=7717
with
www.wowhead.com/?spell=28004
-Which of those 4 procs (battlemaster, mongoose, shahram, bladestorm) would be able to proc from Bladestorm?
If in fact all "on hits" can proc from Bladestorm then Ravager becomes as potent as
www.wowhead.com/?spell=48562
when combined with "on hit" procs basically forcing them to go off.
Yes I realize this is novelty which is generally the idea but it's also an idea on how to utilize various procs when combined with it in the mindset of
"If allowed to proc continuously what would run the most rampant and destructive?"
I do in fact have a small list of weapons based on that ideal but they're all riding on the question stated above.

Forgiving the fact that Flame Wrath is a polearm and thus can not be used with Titan's Grip, and assuming you mean Whirlwind when you say Bladestorm:
If you are standing in front of 3 mobs, and you hit whirlwind, you will strike each of the 3 mobs twice, once with each weapon. This would give you 3 chances to proc each of the on hit abilies.
Note that some of those on hit abilities may or may not have an internal cooldown; so it's not like you'll proc Ravager's "attack all nearby enemies" 3 separate times. You would get 3 chances for it to proc though.

As for the polearm that's definitely a mishap on my part in the wee hours of the night. (note to self: sleep is my friend, get to know it)
However i think you've misunderstood my question.
-Does equipping a weapon in the offhand (duel wield/titan's grip) have any effect on said weapon's on hit procs be it frequency or proc potency?
-Can on hit procs trigger from Ravager's Bladestorm proc and if so can all currently equipped procs trigger? (ie mainhand and offhand procs be it built in or enchants) Not the warrior ability Whirlwind but Bladestorm, the triggered ability when Ravager procs.
Yes Ravager is a level 37 weapon, yes the concept is novelty, yes it's situational.
A Bladestorm proc would make up for the lack of single target damage with an increasing number of mobs in melee range.
And finally, with a large pool of mobs to hit simultaneously (similar to swipe) allowing melee procs a chance to trigger off every victim "What proc would reap the most rampant destruction if allowed to proc continuously off this scenario?" (the hypothetical inspiration behind this)
