It's not ideal. Item points in Resilience are item points not spent in Strength and Crit.
If you're running with a guild, and they don't need you to be top-notch, then it'd be cool, and you can get some gear to replace your PvP pieces. But PvP pieces are just that -- PvP. Their itemization isn't designed to do well in PvE for a reason.

Pvp gear is just fine for "beginner raids" unless youre talking holy, which you arent, because of the supergimped int on the holy pvp gear. They dont call em welfare epics for nothing. Theyre still epics, so theyll do just fine in almost all of Naxx, Sarth and Archavon. Nearly all the time, the resilience is there instead of something like hit, crit or expertise for melee, not str. My dks deadly gloves, for example, are, point for point, exactly the same as t7.5, just replacing a green stat (cant remember which, hit or expertise) with resilience. If youre just starting to raid, your pvp gear will slowly get replaced piece by piece anyway as you progress. To be honest, full hateful is better than what most people start raiding with.
Just dont think itll still be fine for the upper end like Malygos, Emalon and Ulduar.
