If you have no probs with default frames, addons like MovePlayerFrame are good. If you want different frames but dont want to spend loads of time configuring, use Shadowed Unitframes. If configuring is no problem, use Pitbull or oUF.
But never use Xperl.

I use ag_UF, but you probably want
MoveAnything
. I initially only got it to move 1 thing (stupid tooltips!) and ended up using it for a bunch of other stuff. Its got way more utility then you might think.
