2H frost does not work in the next patch it falls too far behind other trees in 2H. In the upcoming patch, DW will be frost, and if you want to do 2H Blood or Unholy are the way to go. I understand that this isn't what you want to hear, but unfortunately it's the truth. With the serious nerf in FS and the dual disease buff, as well as the revamping of the frost tree, 2h Frost is just about dead (to the serious chagrin of Lynri and other frost dk's who worked so hard to make frost seem viable).
