Dreambinder
Aside from the iLvl (stat budget) being higher, the base DPS on Lotrafen means that the feral AP will be lower which isn't obvious because pole arms don't seem to be showing feral ap in their tool tips. The sockets also give you some flexibility to tweak based on the rest of your gear. I'd pass on the spear and hope the hunters return the favor if/when we get Dreambinder to drop.

The polearm is actually pretty much BiS outside of hard modes for feral druids. If you don't have access to Freya 25 + 3 but have access to general vezax 25 (I'm sure lots of guilds are at points like these.) I would roll on Lotrafen for sure.
However, Dreambinder is definitely better.

That was a good coment. Made more sense than just because it has sockets. I can agree with Solved's statement. Just out of curiosity, what is the ArP cap?
Hard cap is 1231. Soft cap is X less than 1231, where X is the amount you might get off of a proc (like a
trinket
).
Read the last couple pages of this post
for a nice discussion by pelf and Aadr about ArPen caps and function.
